I read about it on Sealand's wikipedia page...

But I went back and it was actually a spanish firm and that because you can't sell principalities it didn't work out.

Oh, Spain helped with that? I thought it was just Sealand trying to sell himself... But either way, he totally shouldn't be allowed to be sold, no matter who it's to! *pointed look at UK*

France told me about Sealand selling himself through Spain. Silly. Nobody who has the money and would not use Sealand to do something unsavoury would be interested in paying a ridiculous sum like 750 million Euros to buy him.

Rich people buy secluded islands all the time. Though in this case Sealand isn't an island and you can see his house from the shoreline. But it might make for a cool vacation spot.

I'm currious, what would you have done if someone actually bought Sealand?

It depends on the buyer. If the buyer were somebody trustworthy, such as Sweden or Finland (which almost happened), I would allow the transaction to take place. I would still be a big brother to him and continue to make sure things are going well, but I would not need to be as much of a father figure to him, as he would have his own. However, if it were someone of ill repute, such as France, I would do whatever I could to stop the transaction, even if I had to go so far as to somehow change the ending date of the auction. At least, however, Sealand is familiar with the fact that France would not be a good owner.

Well it wasn't like Spain was actually selling me! Just helping me with the listing and all. I'm pretty sure France told my brother... Actually thinking about it it's kind of creepy that that guy saw my listing... What if HE had bought me...?!

And the f-fire...

Well no one was hurt and most of the damage was repaired...

I-it's not like I'm afraid of fire or anything!

B-but sometimes I wonder what would of happened if the fire hadn't been put out, or if it had spread or if someone was hurt or.. or WORSE...! Or.... or if another fire is started...

...

B-but I'm not afraid of fire at all!

I guess the listing worked if it got attention, even if it was France.

*hugs* I'm sorry about the fire. But the good thing is that you've rebuilt and you're still going strong.

"Good deal" as in a spot within a stones throw of England's shore?
