Well, if you don't think the site is bad, then maybe you can ask Arthur to look it up on his own and decide whether or not he thinks it's appropriate for you, and then manually unblock those particular sites if he decides they're not bad.

No, 'cause lots of stuff like that is set up so it will lock up if you guess incorrectly too many times.
