The nation_ask Channel Sign-up Post ♥
Before I begin, I'd simply love to thank everyone for the support and encouragement that they've offered. Thank you so very, very much once again, everyone!
Just like most of the events we've had on NA so far, interested participants must sign-up for this event:
Nation: The nation that you play, naturally.
No. of Questions: Everything has its limitations. It is virtually impossible to cover fifty questions in a post; our schedules differ from each other. Some muns can afford more time, some can't. If you feel that you can handle only a set number of questions--three or four, for instance--do state it here.
Theme/ Nature of Questions/ Rating: du_fria raised an interesting and extremely valid point: would this event actually encourage questions which are unusual, or of a different nature to the questions we normally get here at nation_ask? I feel that one way to encourage unconventional questions is through the use of themes. Each nation is free to decide on the topic they would want to tackle, and there is hardly any restrictions. Would you like questions to begin with specific words or contain certain words? Would you like to introduce a word limit? Any preferences for questions that you have should be stated here so you can be accommodated best. Do also indicate the issues or content you would not tackle--perhaps things like mature content, violence or other sensitive issues.
Order Preference: Would you like to be up first or sometime later? This is an optional section only for nations who are busy at certain periods and would therefore be unable to participate in the game.

• As far as player order goes, I will prioritise the preferences muns have listed in the form above/ below. Subsequently, things will be done in the order of comments; the first commenter would be up first, the second next, and so on.

One issue that I would like to discuss with interested nations is our host. I considered having a nation-mun's ooc journal, but that particular nation will not be able to participate as a nation then. ...which is terrible, because I would simply love for as many of you to participate as possible.
• One way to go about doing this is to have me as the host--which means that Norway will not participate. WHICH IS ALL FINE AND DANDY, THIS YOU WILL NOT DENY ME because Norway isn't the most interesting character to talk to. XD However, I'm not the most entertaining person around, so the game might not end up as fun as if we had someone else do it.
• peter_kirkland brought up the idea of alternating hosts. This might cause slight confusion, however, so I prefer to stick to one host who everyone is content with.
• One of the non-nations actually volunteered to help out--that's very sweet, thank you very much! I regret to announce that I cannot accept that offer, and my reason is rather touchy. I shall not delve into details, but I deeply regret to say that non-nations are limited to questions as always.
• I can't believe I forgot about this. XD We could have Hana-tamago up as a host; our favourite puppy is not a nation and did entertain all of us in the Christmas Specials. ...unless Hama-tamago-mun plays a nation too, this is an available option.
I am open to suggestions or feedback pertaining absolutely anything. This game will begin once we have gathered a few nations--it does not have to be a big group, a few of us will be enough to get the ball rolling! After some discussion with pervary_p_a_w_s, who has kindly agreed to approve this event AND propose the following suggestions: Questions shall be compiled here at nation_ask while the actual talk show games played in nation_meet. This effectively eliminates any need for a separate community--thank you so much once again, Prussia-mod! :D
