[mod post] Voting Time
As previously announced, we're voting on nations' performances now. Voting will be open for one week, until Midnight PST on March 7. Voting is for nations only, and all nations must vote. The following nations still need to vote:

Belgium
Cuba [Not even going to bother due to complete inactivity.]
Egypt
Germania
HRE
Hong Kong
Norway
Poland
Rome
Seychelles
Tibet
Turkey
Ukraine
Vietnam
Go down the list and give each nation a rating of 1 to 3, based on the following:
• Do they portray the character correctly?
• Are they active?
• Spelling.
• Avoiding the use of Emoticons.
• Are they interactive? [As in do they interact with others on questions and not just answer then leave]
Each nations only gets ONE score based on all of these, not a score for each section.
1 = Not good
2 = So-so
3 = Great!
In addition, you can include suggestions for the ANY nation [including the ones that aren't up for vote this month], which will be passed on to them with the commenter kept anonymous.
