Does it mean that you are going to sue Spain for un proper handling of defenseless tomatoes? Or is his actions considered legal? Is there any country that should "watch its steeps" while visiting in your place of fear that they broke the new law? You are not going to get angry on Latvia becouse he hit someone with flowers,, right?

(Well, I guess that every country got its own troubling matters... terror attacks, global warming, an economy crisis and some are concerned about vegetables rights.
