I'd recommend Belgian waffles or a variation of Belgian chocolates (or maybe desserts using Belgian chocolate) but they're mostly available in markets all over the world. The waffles are especially a pleasure as you're free to choose your toppings and quite easy to make at home. You just need a shopping list handy!

Sweets? Hmm. Djöflaterta would be a good choice. It's really just a simple chocolate cake, though sometimes the basics can be the best. If you prefer something a bit different, you could sample a Hrisgrjonaabaetir. It's a rice dessert with fruit or berry jam.

Man, they both seem pretty tasty! *Her sweet tooth is going nuts from all these suggestions!*

By the way, isn't your country good with dates?

In my day food was quite a bit simpler. Wild fruits and berries were our sweets. Something perfectly ripe and freshly picked is just delicious.

Actually I wouldn't mind trying some fruits from other regions as well...

Hmn, I-I think I answered something like this before. Estonian's usually enjoy fruits more than anything, especially in the summer time.

O-one thing I may suggest though is Kama , its both Finish and Estonian, but my culture has really taken a like to it. It's quite good with cream. But maybe you would also like to try
Bubert ? I-its like a floating island, except with cranberry sauce.

Sometimes its hard to give people very unique dishes of mine as Estonia has had a lot of cultural influence over the years.

That bubert does sound pretty good. And I can understand about the difficulty to have a unique dish.
