In which I don't write...
The weather is rubbish, and it is making me very moody. I don't like the slide into cold, damp and grey. However, I've been feeling much better since I booked plane tickets, knowing that I'll be heading to warmer climes soon. (Well, Japan might not be warmer. But Australia and Vietnam will definitely be warmer!)
I have sat down a couple of times and tried to do some writing, but my heart is not at all in it - I'll wait til I get on the road, it's always easier there.
Also, a reminder to myself to go and hunt down the latest issue of MSLexia, because apparently there's a Tales from the Expat Harem bit in it.
And October is Lupus Awareness Month. This means I have to spend the whole month not jumping down the throats of people who look way too cheerful and wear pink. Me, I'm sticking with purple. Consider yourselves all awared.
