The End of the World
It was night, and it was cold. He did not know since when it rained. But he guessed all day long. He was sitting on the windowsill and looked out. The sky was red, and he could see fire afar. He hoped he was okay and as long they wouldn’t come near, he doesn’t need to freak out. That’s what his mother told him. He wasn’t sure what would happen to all of them, but he hoped that everything would be alright in the end. He just had to stay away from him. Away from his love, but it wasn’t that easy.
In the end where this sky goes,
The waves of the future can't be seen yet.
It was late, really late. The red sky was still there, but the world stayed still. He sneaked out again when he was sure his mother and his sister were asleep. They said he should stay away from him, but who says that he would really do that? They met each other nearly every night, when the world stood still and no one was seen, except of them two.
He arrived the dark little place, where they met and he was disappointed when he wasn’t here. He really hoped that nothing happened. Sitting down on a broken three he started to wait.
“Nino?”
He looked up and in that face he missed so much the whole day, jumped to him and hugged that man firmly. “Satoshi…” Slowly he looked up to him and smiled when he saw him smiling. “I missed you.” The older man said and run his finger over the younger’s cheek. “I missed you, too Satoshi..” he cried, silent tears running down his cheek, which Satoshi lovingly wiped away. “Don’t cry, I’m here and I’m fine.” he could only nod, but his tears still falling down his eyes. Satoshi raised his chin slowly and kissed him lovingly on the lips. “I’ll never let you alone, don’t worry.” He smiled and kissed him again, pulling him closer and wrapping his arms around his waist. Nino moaned softly and closed his eyes, enjoying the kiss as it would be his last.
He was asking himself, why. Why had it come this way? Couldn’t people talk properly about it and fixing it normally, without killing each other, killing people who don’t even know what happened, killing children, who just came into this world? Just opened their eyes… It wasn’t fair, nothing was fair, and no one was asking someone else, trying to understand their feeling, the feelings of other people. And still he hoped everything would be okay in the future, he hoped they all could live happily someday.
As long as we've lived how many of us have risen above fate?
Who's going to teach us, who's going to ask us?
It was morning again, and Satoshi was already gone. His back hurt and he doesn’t even want to get up. But he had to. No one should ever find out, that he was still seeing Satoshi. It was early, too early, and he just slept two hours, but he didn’t mind. Slowly he got up and walked to his bathroom, taking a quick shower and dressing himself, before his mother would come into his room to wake him up, even when he was already awake.
He was outside in the town, hoping to just see him. His smile was enough to make his day till the night, when they would see each other again. He walked into a bar and looked around, sighing when he wasn’t here. Is it that bad that he just wanted to see him?
Then he heard screams and stood still. They’re coming. They would soon come to this village and then it wouldn’t stand very long. The village will be destroyed very soon. Was it his entire fault? Even when it was all his and Satoshis fault, he wouldn’t mind to die with him. He just wanted to die with him that was his only wish. When other people would cry and scream of their lives, begging that they would spare them. He wouldn’t mind when his Satoshi was with him, dying with him. He closed his eyes and heard the screams grew louder and nearer.
He felt a hand on his and smiled. He knew who it was, would always recognize that hand. “What are you doing here? It isn’t safe here anymore.” “I know, but…” He whispered and opened his eyes. “… I don’t want to go without you.” He looked on their hands and held the other one tighter. “Come with me.” He just nodded and followed the other one.
People are frightened of encountering the end of their lives,

Even if this world ends today,
I will still love you.
They hid in the forest, were they would be save for now. “What is with your parents?” he whispered and moved closer to the older one and leaned against his chest. “What should be? We can’t change anything anymore anyway... so let’s just be together.” He smiled and nodded, closing his eyes and enjoying the warmth from the other body. “Nino?” He looked up and smiled softly. “I love you. I hope you know that. Don’t forget it, ever, okay?” He just nodded and kissed him. “I will never forget that, don’t worry. I love you, too. I would even... die with you. That’s my wish. Die with me..” He looked the other in the eyes and Satoshi nodded, pulling the younger one closer to him and laid him on the ground.
“I would always die with you, Satoshi…”
“Shhht. Don’t say that Kazunari.”
The sunbeams streaming through the leaves are gentle,
but for that eternity cried.
Days passed by and the two of them just hid in the forest. Soon they wouldn’t be safe here anymore. Would never again be safe anywhere.
Satoshi kissed him lovingly and he moaned into the kiss, wrapping his arms around Satoshis neck, pulling him closer. It was late now and it was silent again. Just his and Satoshis moans could be heard in the forest when their bodies moved against each other. He didn’t care, if someone would hear them, see them. Only the here and now counted. That they were together, that they were one.
“Satoshi..” he moaned and hugged the older one tighter, wrapping his legs around his waist and closed his eyes. He knew it would be soon over, not only this, but everything else, too. They couldn’t run away forever. And they searched always someone to whom they could impose the debt. He squirmed when the older hit his spot. It didn’t last long and they both came together, snuggling even closer and kissing lovingly. “I love you.” He whispered slowly and sight happily. He knew, nothing bad could happen anymore, because they were together.
The earth becomes blue in my overflowing sorrow.
Words wither, and love is all that remains, right?
The next day, they heard how they came. They dressed fast and looked at each other. “Come, we still can run away.” He whispered and stands up slowly, taking the older ones hand and starts running away. They would run, till they couldn’t. They stopped when they didn’t hear anyone anymore. “The end is near, huh?” he chuckled softly and hid his face at Satoshis chest. “It is, but not only for us..” He nodded and sighed slowly, leaning against Satoshis chest and feeling the warmth. “I will miss you..” he sobbed lightly, still not looking up. “We will meet again. In the next life you know. I will search you, I promise.” Satoshi answered and smiled, lifting his chin and wiping his tears away. “I will always love you, every new life we will live in.” “You’re the best Satoshi!” he giggled and kisses him softly, deepening the kiss. “Wait, come, we need a safer place.” He nodded and they walked again.
“You don’t have to die..” He looked up and shivered lightly. “I would protect you, you know.. We could make a plan and-“ “NO!” he screamed and looked angry. “I don’t want to live without you! I already said that, didn’t I? I want to die with you! Please, Satoshi… please..” he begged and started crying again. “It’s alright, please, don’t cry..” He sight and shivered again.
“Don’t ever say that again, Satoshi..”
“I won’t.”
They walked again in silence, trying to find a place where they could hide a little bit longer. After a whole day, they found a nice place, where they could watch how the world was covered in red because of the fire. “Somehow, it’s nice..” he laughed and looked at his boyfriend, who only watched the scene. He watched him and sighs softly, leaning to him and wrapping his arms around his waist and kissed his cheek. “It’s okay, ne? Because we are together, ne..?” he whispered and looked at his boyfriend again. Satoshi smiled and nodded, taking his hands in his and kisses him. “We will.”
People are bewildered that life must end.
And time strikes them harshly.
But even if this world ends today,
I will still protect you.
“They’re coming..” Satoshi whispered and hugged him closer. “It’s now… isn’t it?” he chuckles sadly and hid his face in his neck, sniffling softly. “I love you Satoshi. I love you so much..” he whispered, trying to hold back his tears. “I won’t cry, promise..” Satoshi hugged the thinner body and kissed his hair. “You can, if you want.” He smiled softly and nodded, still holding his tears.
“There are more!”
He could here them clearly. He was scared and he hugged the other one more. “Don’t be afraid. I’m here, we are dying together, remember?” He nodded and kissed the other one again, not thinking about that they could see them. “I love you Satoshi. I love you..” he let his tears run down his cheeks, sobbing lightly. “I love you, too Kazunari. Forever.” He sobbed louder and hid is face again at his neck. “Hold me, just hold me.. Then it won’t hurt..” Satoshi chuckles sadly and closed his eyes, hugging him even tighter.
They could hear them shooting and he closed his eyes firmly, pressing his body more against Satoshi. “I’ll miss you..” he could feel the pain in his chest and gasped, holding tight on Satoshis arms. “Look at me, please Kazunari, look at me.” Slowly he looked up and when he saw him smiling, he smiled, too. Trying to kiss him again, he felt how his body is getting weaker bit by bit. They fell on the ground, still hugging each other. “I love you.” He whispered and closed the gap between their lips, tears running down their faces, eyes closing slowly.
“We’ll meet again.”
Your smiling face delivers light that heals me.
People are scared of dying, loosing their families and friends. They’re scared that they won’t see each other again. But it’s not like that; when you will die with the person you love the most. Nothing else is in your head, just the image of that one person and the thought that you will meet again. You know that you will meet again, you promised it each other again and again. He promised you that he will search for you, that he will only love you. And you believe it, because it’s your one and only love.
You know, that he will find you…
Because he loves you.
People are frightened of encountering the end of their lives,

Their bodies just lay there, forgotten, but still hugging each other, with a little smile on their lips. Around them the fire crackles and spread everywhere. Peoples are screaming and crying, begging for there lives, but there was no escape. The fire got huger and ate the houses, the dead bodies, the nature, everything.
Just those two dead bodies could escape the fire on the huge mountain they were on and even years after, they still lay there with each other, smiling.
“Mommy! Look, there are two dead bodies! Let’s bury them, please…” a little child holds his teddy bear closer, looking hopefully at his parents. “Aren’t they Ninomiya-kun and Ohno-kun?” the mother said silently to her husband and he just nodded. “Let’s tell them, that we found their bodies. That’s the least what we can do for them.”
Few days after, both of them got buried together in one grave. Their parents ordered it, to not break apart the bodies that they could live together again.

They should have left with their parents; perhaps they would be still alive. But it was their wish to die and be reborn into a better world, where they could live together without causing problems.
But no one will know, if they will ever meet again…

“Satoshi!” he screamed and the two little kids put their hands on their ears and close their eyes. “Satoshi, get you ass here, now!” he screamed again, waiting till the older one showed his face in the kids room. “What’s the matter, love?” he answered and looked at the kids. That wasn’t really a good sign. He gulped and looked at his ‘wife’ again. “Please, tell me you didn’t said that to them!” “S-said what?” he mumbled and lowered his head. “Oh, you know exactly what I’m talking about Satoshi! You can’t go fishing with them! You just can’t! Not when no one is there to help you to look after them! And you know I can’t go with you!” he pouted and walked closer to him. “Please, darling, calm down.” “Calm down? Are you a jerk? You know how you will forget everything on the sea! What will happen when you forget that you have two kids you have to look about? Satoshi really..”
“I’m sorry. I’ll wait, till they’re older.” Satoshi pouted again. “Stop pouting, please. They really can’t go with you now..” He moved closer to his loved one and kissed him softly. The kids looked at them and smiled, happy that they’re stopped screaming. “I’m sorry. I’ll wait, or at least ask someone to go with me.” Satoshi mumbled and hugged him closer. “I’ll love you.” He whispered into his ears and smiled softly. “Ne, let’s bring the kids finally to bed. That we can cuddle together.” The other one chuckles and nodded. “Come on Kazumi and Toshiro, it’s time for bed!” They nodded, kissing their parents and cuddling under their blanket.
“Come on, love.” Satoshi whispered and took his hand into his and lead him out of the kid’s room and back to their room. “I love you. I’ll always do.” He smiled and the other one nodded. “I’ll love you, too Satoshi. Forever.” They smiled and kissed him, cuddling together on the bed.
“I would always die with you, Satoshi.”
“Shhht. Don’t say that Kazunari.”
