finals, part 2 and schedule for October 2011

Aug 25, 2011 16:26

September 29: ABWL2 - Marketing Management. 2pm-4pm

October 10: Introduction to Literature. 2pm-4pm

October 10: BWL3 - Accounting. 4pm-6pm

October 15: Financing. 4pm-6pm

Date-wise, it's pretty okay. What bothers me is the two finals on October 10. I was only going to take the accounting one but they LOST my Intro to Literature final I took back in July and if I don't retake it now, I'll have to sit through the whole class again next term.

any my admittedly somewhat busy schedule (40 to 46 credits because there is no cut-off around here)

Monday
12-2pm American Realism and Naturalism*
2-4pm Generations of Holocaust Literature*

Tuesday
8-10am Morphology**
12-2pm Structure and History of English I Tutorial
2-4pm American Literature and Culture I

Wednesday
10am-12pm Structure and History of English I

Thursday
8-10am British Literature and Culture II
12-2pm Introduction to Linguistics

Friday
12-2pm BWL1: Corporate Structuring***

every second Saturday
9am-3pm Introduction to Accounting****

what's still missing from the schedule are:
American Literature and Culture I Tutorial
British Literature and Culture II Tutorial
Introduction to Linguistics Tutorial
Corporate Structuring Tutorial
Introduction to Accounting Tutorial*****

* American Naturalism and Realism and Generations of Holocaust Literature: I have to take one of those and I'm not sure which I prefer. There were two other options I would have preferred but they overlap with other classes. So I'm going to check out both for two or three weeks and then pick one I'll keep going to.

** Morphology: I might not go. I'm going to check it out and if it gets too much, I'll just not do that one.

*** Corporate Structuring: I've gone to that class before. I'm only going to check it out sporadically. First one, last one, the important ones. Besides, it's Friday and I don't like classes on Friday.

**** Introduction to Accounting: I'm going to try to make it to those but knowing myself, I doubt I'll stay for the full six hours. That's just too much.

***** Introduction to Accounting Tutorial: I'm soooo not going. All the TAs giving that tutorial are clueless and when you ask them something, they always answer, "I'm not really sure. I'll have to ask Professor Stefani." I've been to tutorials by Stefani's TAs where they just put on a transparency and have you copy it. She uploads those transparencies later on, so that's what I'm going to be working with.
