I've got a question.
OK so say you have a roommate who pays his rent not aways on time. Bitches about everything. Has never put in a full share for utility's and trashes his room by letting a rabbit crap and pee all over it ruining the pad under the carpet. You were able to save the carpet by shampooing the hell out of it.Should you pay the damages for his room? His argument is your dog had crap and pissed in his room. Yet the dogs have crapped and pissed ten times over in your room and your other roommates room. Yet his room is the only one with damages to it. Am I insane for asking this roomate to pay for the damages to his room?
