I had a lengthy and interesting conversation this evening about what makes something art. So I'm wondering: what is the closest synonym you can think of for the word "art"? Or perhaps more precisely, what is your one-word definition of the term "art"? Responses will be automatically screened until I've decided there are enough, so as to avoid undue influence of subsequent responses.

For the recklessly curious, my discussion partner and one bystander came up with "rkcerffvba"; another bystander said "perngvba"; and I myself maintained that the crucial word for categorizing and defining art is "rkcrevrapr."
