Goodbye Gary Moore R.I.P.
Ok so I'm a day late with the eulogizing. Forgive me.
My brother gave me a Gary Moore mixtape when I was in High School. It had such amazing guitar playing on it that I was inspired to learn every one of the solos. Or something like that. Actually, what happened was this: I tried the solo for the song Shapes of Things and gave up in despair because I had nowhere near the technique to play that fast. But my attempts at learning that and his other songs forever left its stamp on my playing. Basically, I'm a blues guy pretend to be a metal guy.
I still have that tape, by the way.
