There are three you can visit when you go inside, gyoza, ice cream and a bonus horror theme park. Not really a theme park but more like an interactive museum. For more info you can check this out: http://www.namja.jp/img/pdf/guidemap.pdf
The gyoza stadium and the ice cream city is where you can buy and try different stuff. There are different stalls with different specialties.
The gyoza stadium is where it's located. We didn't see it at first so we already ate a little but when I saw it we just had to buy some to take home. It was the cheese gyoza that was featured. If you look closely there is a sign saying that it was indeed featured in Shukudai-kun.
Lol. I thought they didn't go through because I was notified that my comment is a SPAM. Anyways. I will check my notes to see I can find more. I also haven't found the original poster. Good luck!
Yuzu introduced a dessert from Nana Cafe in Shiyagare. The ice cream drinks look really good!

These are found almost everywhere. Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku cos they are over 1000 shops i think.
Try the croquette topping.
I would love to recommend Nikko for the place they went at HnA. http://www.jnto.go.jp/eng/indepth/scenic/worldheritage/c_4_nikko.html

Yasaimura Daichi Korean BBQ - Akasaka
I went to Tokyo last winter with my sister and by chance saw one of the food featured in their show.
If you like gyoza then this is a heaven for you.
The place is called Namco Namja Town and it is an indoor food theme park. It's located at Sunshine City Shopping Complex at Ikebukuro. You can go there by subway then it's a 10-15 minute walk. You might get a little lost inside the Sunshine City because it's really huge but you just have to try to find your way in. Don't be scared. :) For directions: http://maps.google.com.ph/maps?hl=en&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&bpcl=37643589&biw=1366&bih=602&noj=1&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=Namja+Town&fb=1&gl=ph&hq=Namja+Town&hnear=Namja+Town&cid=0,0,4212064820082228416&sa=X&ei=qeibUPb5JoftrQfd1IHYDw&ved=0CIoBEPwSMAA
