Criminal Minds S06E08
I think this is the first episode that I have been sincerely horrified by... It wasn't really anything new, but it just seemed more deranged and demented somehow.
I knew Mother was dead, it was obvious... but the undercurrent of incest and necrophilia... I dunno... The offender was so clearly mentally unbalanced that the whole thing has left me feeling flat. I didn't like that this also made me feel like he was a victim (which he was of his mother) I much prefer my black and white outlook on this shows bad guys. Cause I really can't think of many eps where bad guys weren't just bad guys, I don't want to sympathise with horrendous characters.
I don't know what to do with this episode at all.
Oh the upside, lots of Garcia. This is always good. I will even give the spin-off a try for her.
