spring is upon us
Went to Uwharrie national park with Brooks and drew met us down there. Hike 10+ mi. first day, found two frog / salamander breeding holes. Caught a baby snapping turtle, 2 male newts fighting....saw 3 more. Found so many frog / salamander egg masses. Morning of second day found 4-5 ft. black rat snake. Went to sandhills most burned or taken down so only saw two lizards, fence and ground skink. But awesome....anyway, just finished watching a bad ass documentary on some dancers from LA area. Running around, going to who knows parties, with some awesome friends and having mark call in the middle of that. Well, work tomorrow then gboro crowd coming to raleigh! Back to my cookies then my bed, which i havent slept in for like 4 nights now. I love that shit. I love the woods, i love nature, i love just being gone and coming back.
