New *very special* HEADER! I hope you enjoy! ^_^
With a new game coming out, and all of the NatexElena excitement to come... I figured that it was time for a new layout! Still working on tweaking the background colors, but I was so excited I just couldn't help myself. One of my best friends, Del, is an artist (waruiushi here on LJ) so I recently commissioned a picture of Nate and Elena from her. She finished it a couple days ago, and I love it so freaking much... I figured I'd use it as our header! :-D
I think that she captured them both beautifully. I could have asked for a kissy smoochy artwork, but I enjoyed them the way they were in UDF, and I really wouldn't change anything about the "almost kiss" scene. Even though I always joke about Sully interrupting them, I think it made it more endearing (and it'll be even better in U2AT if/when they finally do get to share a special moment). So, this is my friend's take on the famous scene, and I think it's absolutely gorgeous.

You're allowed to use it in graphics, icons, etc... so long as you credit and link to either her PERSONAL WEBSITE, DELBOROVIC.COM RIGHT HERE or her DEVIANTART PAGE HERE. Please, she's not really picky about that sort of thing so long as she is credited. I respect her greatly as a dear friend and an artist and I expect others to do the same if you want to use her artwork :)
