I know it's pretty late but Happy Chinese New Year to all those celebrating! Gong Xi Fa Cai. I'm finally back from my holidays so I thought of posting something here. Let's see, I left for KL last Thursday at 7 only to reach home in the wee hours at around 3.45 AM today. @_@
Well,we've been to KL many many times so there was not much to explore except for some places which we did not get to go to during our previous trips. The weather there, was a total opposite to Singapore's weather the past few days. It was hot and at times, REALLY hot. Good thing we always travel to places by car, thus saved by the aircon. But travelling by car really makes us restless, especially during our journey home, I was really restless I felt like flunging myself around. Not to mention my niece and nephew were testing our endurance by being A TOTAL PAIN. Anyway, before I left for this trip, I did have a list in mind as to what I want to buy though it kind of end up a bit different towards the end (or maybe it's more or less granted).
Things I bought:
- long sleeved turtle neck shirt x1
- long sleeved inner tshirt x2 (yellow and grey)
- longchamp bag x1 (it's bigger than i thought)
Ok wait that's very few! But even so I spent all of my money just buying the shirts and feeding myself during mealtimes! Why? Because everytime I buy something, in my head I see it at a converted rate, thus I forgot that I'm paying double the amount in Ringgits = All $ spent. Ah well, it's over and I can say I'm quite satisfied with what I have so far. Just that, for the bag, we went to Petaling Street and I initially had my eyes set on this green bag (green again) with a cartoon character on it and the letters MJ (matsujun LOL) so my mum asked how much was it, thinking it was around 40RM-50RM and the lady said 200RM. O.O The heck?! We didn't realise that the MJ actually stands for Marc Jacob, a brand. =..=
In all, I think the trip this time was more of a relaxing trip and we didn't really rush ourselves like our previous trips so I guess it's OK. But now that I'm home, I can't stay in my holiday mood anymore since my Project 3 is waiting for me. I became the Producer again, and I'm so going to do better than I did for Project 2. Since P3 only started this week, it was pretty much a rough start since we were asked to start grouping ourselves on the first day. PLUS, the fact that the grouping was allowed to be made across the whole course became even more irritating since there were more people to choose from rather than grouping ourselves within our respective class. And unexpectedly, in my group, 3 out of 4 of us were in the same group for P2 as well. I can't say if that's lucky or cursed, though my friend labelled us as a curse to him. Basket.
Come to think of it, my posts are really boring ne. It's like I'm typing some descriptive essay. What to do, it's my style of writing, my vocabulary is pretty basic too, I think I need to start reading up the Vocab Book we used to read back in our secondary school days. Hahahaha.
Ok, maybe I'll go for Singlish in the next post. Or maybe through LOADS of pictures. Haha, whichever.
Anyway, I think I still have a lot to catch up, having no access to the internet the past few days.
