Having a little trawl through The Age, as one does on a Sunday morning, and I found this article: Smack in the heart of Fitzroy Nice to see Mia is pushing her girls (Mistress Tracey no less *snicker*). Professional discourtesy aside, it's nice to have it acknowledged that us perverts are actually happier than the average person - and we still do ( Read more... )

We do? I can't imagine why - there a lot more 'usses' than there are 'yous'. I really need to take my careers teacher to task one day and ask why these wonderful opportunities for earning weren't ever shown to me :)

And I won't whine, I promise.

The life of a pro sub is not an easy one. You get to deal with people coming in and wanting to do what they want as opposed to taking your views into account. Obviously there are limits though from a friend who has worked as a pro sub the main requests are to flog/cane and then fuck. Most male 'doms' appearing to be a tad basic in their needs..... *sniggers*

Well yes... we call them a 'flog'n'fuck' session. Easy Peasy except when they get overenthusiastic and mess up the submissive in question so she can't work for days. We used to try and have a Mistress in the session if the client was unknown to us, or if we coudln't wangle that, have one of us standing outside the door ready to burst in and take over if we thought things were getting out of control. It didn't stop clients doing dumb or abusive things, but it minimised it as much as possible.

*s* Yes, I hadn't considered that aspect of things. It wouldn't be an ideal "cottage industry" either... when no means no but the only person listening isn't in a mood to listen, I could see some nasty difficulties arising.

I guess I'll just have to keep playing in the Amateur leagues LOL
