Britney Spears, 23, gave birth to her baby boy shortly before 1 p.m., Wednesday September 14th, 2005 at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center.
Husband Kevin Federline, 27, arrived at the scene with a police escort shortly before 6 a.m. Wheeled into the delivery room, Spears had a C-section.
Not officially named yet, sources say they plan to name the child 'Preston Micheal Spears Federline'.
Spears said she is defenitely looking forward to Motherhood;
"I'm gonna be a hot mom!"
