this valentine's day didn't stink

i got pretty apple-green turquoise earrings and necklace-- they're very nice and i'm very fond of them. they have beads-of-jade and also amber swarovski crystals. i feel all sophistimocated because this is my second matching jewelry set made out of grown-up stuff in three months. now i've gotta brush my hair in the morning and wear matching outfits and shit.

and i took my hours off from the english center last night and got caught up on an assssssload of reading (oh walt whitman, how i loathe you and your often-creepy "poetry").

i've got 25 papers to grade before thursday at two, so i'm screwed there. gotta get on it right now, actually.
