Check your sanity at the door
Today was a good day.
The Tech was good because it was a quite day so I got to talk to all my girls instead of actually working! I got to know these two really cool girls, Grace and Jennifer. We squeed over books, Crash, Arrested Development, Harry Potter, and all sorts of other exciting things. They were quite cool and made the time go faster.
OH. And we have this thing called the "Keyhole Earth Viewer" where you can type in your address and it zooms into a satellite image of your house. It's quite fun but I'm over it since I've played with it plenty of times. But today I happened to glance at wherever someone left it and I see "Baggins Ct" and I'm all oh that's funny, what a coincidence. Then I see Theoden Rd, Isenguard St, Brandywine St, Shadowfax Ln, etc! It was this whole neighborhood in San Jose that was named after Lord of the Rings names! DUDE I want to live there or at least go there and take pics of street signs (if someone hasn't already stolen them lol). Hmm, I'll see if I can get some screen caps or something off of Google maps...
Then WAV was pretty fun, no stress or anything.
And then, if you haven't heard already, today was GOF PREMIERE DAY!!! WOOTY WOOT! Needless to say, planned homework was not done because of all the pictures and fangirling. And OMG Robert Pattinson (guy who plays Cedric) is definitely on crack or was shagged by 19 groupies and a pirate on the way over, beizy decided-you have to go check out her post, her comments had me in stitches. grrliz and indilime also have a lotta good pics and are supporting the "Rob just came from an opium den" hypothesis. Dammit, I'm so damn giggly now.
