From this:
to this:
01. Filter >> Sharpen
02. Duplicate layer >> 'Screen' - Opacity 50%
03. Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Selective color
Settings like this:
04. Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Curves
05. Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Hue Satruation
05. Now set the Hue/Sat layer opacity to 15%
06. Go to your second layer / the duplicated layer where you did screen opacity 50% (02.)
Then, Filter >> Blur >> Gussian Blur and set your setting similar to mine below!
07. Duplicate the same (current) layer and set the Opacity to 20% screen!
Now you're done!!
Do whatever else you want to do with it now! Here are some icons I made out of it.
