new apt + & -'s:
+ i LOVE this apt
- i've got a ladder i have to climb up and down to get to my room
+ there's a BACKYARD, who else has a backyard in mahattan?
- i can't go out there after dark because i can hear rats in the neighboring yards.
+ i love my roomate! shes the sweetiest girl.
- she cuts her assymetrical hair in the bathroom, so it's all over the place
+ none of my walls touch any other peeps apts, that means, i can be loud, and i can't hear anyone
- the wall by my room is next to the stairway, so this morning when someone was moving boxes up and down the stairs, i heard it ALL.
+ My neighborhood is amazing, there's everything and everybody just on my block
- there's this barber shop down the street and there's always thugs hanging outside of it, creepster
+ I HAVE MY OWN APT IN MANHATTAN
- i get like NO service on my phone. so make sure you leave a message so i'll know that you called.
