Soooo my friend Myra, who was the other one that came with me to the Baltimore concert, lives in Japan. Here is her cute little self:
And because she lives in Japan, she has the ability to go to the MUCC autograph sessions! And because she is an amazing artist she drew this to get signed:
Miya - Cat, Tatsurou - Wolf, Satochi - Lion, Yukke - Monkey
(Please don't take this, it is not rightfully mine and it isn't yours to steal!!)
I just had to share because it is sooo damn cute, and so fitting for each of their personas.
"yes, so on sunday, I went to Mucc's autograph session!! XD
at first, I actually didn't want to go, because i knew i was gonna be freaked out by the crazy fans.
but mannn im sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy i went!!!!!
so yea, as u can see, i drew the logo thing and the 4 characters each representing a member (tatsurou: wolf, miya: cat, yukke: monkey, satochi: lion) and got that signed. hehehe
first tatsurou signed, and he was like 「へぇ~、これ自分で描いたの?」(hey, did u draw this by yourself?)(me:はい!)「すごい、上手だね~!」 (wow, it's really good!) and after he signed, i shook hands with him and he said 「ありがとう!」(thanx!) with a big smile! XD
then yukke signed, and i said 「ユッケさんのイメージはサルです!」(yukke san's image is a monkey!)then tatsurou from the side said 「ユッケってサルっぽいもんね~!」(yea, yukke is very monkey like~!) (yukke laughs) hahaha. and i shook hands with yukke too~<3
then satochi signed and i said 「さとちさんのイメージはライオンです!」(satochi san's image is a lion!)then yukke said 「へぇ、ライオンなんか強そうなイメージでいいな。」(ur lucky, a lion has a strong image)
then last but not least, miya signed, and he asked about each character like 「これってオオカミ?でこれがサル?へぇ~~」(is this a wolf? and this is a monkey? i see~~)(nodding and pointing to each)
<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3
and after a minute of what felt like a dream, i walked out of the store; and i just stood there spellbound and mesmerized.... lol"
Lucky lucky!!!!
Anyway, does anyone else like Ryuusei as much as I do? Cause I like that song, a lot. A whole lot. And it's funny cause on Gokusai, Yasashii Uta is such an end song, but they ended it with Ryuusei instead.
I defintely laughed when Gokusai came out, because the singles they released were more of the 'pop' variety, and people worried what direction they were going in. Gokusai sure eased those doubts.
I always saw those singles as experiments. After 6, I think it was a marker for the change of Tatsurou's voice. As a friend put it, it became more refined. With a song like Utagoe, it shows how they can produce songs that can be appreciated by the mainstream - something that I don't think would have been as possible if Tatsurou's voice had stayed the same. Then Gokusai shows how they could go mainstream, but don't. It's a combination of old style and new, and pulled off so well.
I like Ryuusei at the end. IT HASN'T ENDED YET BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
