Ana quits smoking, solves sudokus
Yes, I've officially decided to stop smoking for now. I got sick of it. It was the point when I walked into my room and it smelled like the back corner of a pub before the smoking ban. Blegh.
And yes, I've suddenly discovered a great love for sudoku! Ever since I didn't have to learn lines at work anymore, I started doing the sudokus in all the papers I could get my hands on. I especially love the ones in thelondonpaper. They have an easy one, a medium one and a difficult one. I have yet to crack a difficult one.
Also, Lis Sladen at the Doctor Who series 4 press launch said the following and made me lol:
"I had left Sarah Jane but she never left me. I mean, clearly I have a problem!"
Bless her. While looking forward to the start of series 4, I decided to re-watch series 3, with very interesting results. It seems like my opinion about certain episodes has changed quite a lot since I first watched them.
The Runaway Bride: I love this special so much. I could watch it again, and again, and again, and again, and again... >.> ...and again. Then take a break. Then watch it again.
Smith & Jones: Meh. Not half as great as I first thought it was, for some reason.
The Shakespeare Code: Ace! Just like I remembered.
Gridlock: Also still brilliant!
The Dalek Two-Parter: Oh my God! I LOVED that one on second viewing. Yeah, the human Dalek looks a bit naff, but that's easily forgivable with such memorable characters, setting and such a great story. Loved every moment of it.
The Lazarus Experiment: Also still loving it!
42: Another one I could just watch again and again, absolutely wonderful. Also Freema's finest performance in the entire series.
And here comes the surprising admission. Next would be Family of Blood/Human Nature, but... I really don't wanna have to watch that again. :/ It was fine the first time around, interesting enough, etc. But just entirely lacking any rewatchability for me. I don't even know why, it just didn't do anything for me. I actually remember really missing the Doctor for most of it...
So I guess I'll be watching Blink next!
