Oh GOD. This was fucking AWESOME. I don't know why you were so worried about it. I've been reading stuff here and there today and this was the first fic with which I could just relax and let the prose flow into my brain because there wasn't any clunkiness. This is *beautiful*, I actually had tears in my eyes. It's just... asdfkh;asdfh;ldfkh!!111 Even that one mention of "ass" instead of "arse" didn't annoy me as much as it usually does because everything around it was just OMFG YES and my head was spinning with teh hawts, the sadness, the utter Doctorishness of it all. (Although I still recommend changing it when you crosspost--you WILL crosspost, right?!? PEOPLE NEED TO SEE THIS.) Beautiful, well written, erotic and melancholy and just... wow. *Especially* with the hologram being painfully unreal, painfully just a reflection of the Doctor's and him wallowing in self-loathing and and and and WAH, IT'S BRILLIANT. I'm really really glad you posted this, it's fantastic stuff. You've been hiding your light under a bushel, woman!

Perhaps worrying it'll be shit is a thing all the good writers have? This was fucking AWESOME. It's one of the best I've read recently, you're head and shoulders above the rest, really.
