I eat a pizza, I get sick. I don't eat pizza, and instead eat my regular healthy foods, I don't get sick. I see the pattern. It's so clearly obvious the only thing wrong is why I keep eating the damn delicous almost free things. But the taste as the baked pepperoni and cheese and sauce comes into contact with the tongue is not worth the after effects. Ohh, the after effects, they're awful.
My body starts doing things I used to write off as 'normal'. Headaches, mucus build-up, triply allergic to dust, and moderate constipation too. I used to live off microwavable pizza pockets as if it we're sustenence, and I suppose somehow the body managed to accidentally get it's daily essential dosage of stuff somewhere else. Like at visits to an aunt, which happened once a year. I strongly suspect I would've grown taller if I kept eating nutriously the whole time growing, being below average Canadian height. I'm a guy at only 5'6", I'm the smallest at almost everything. I still think I'm supposed to grow up some additional height, but that at age almost 25 I've only got a future of shrinking ahead of me.
Since the body's taken such a 'hit' recently, I'm suffering all these ailments. I feel it needs balance out the load eating extra fruits, vegetables, drinking extra water. And it works. These ailments recover themselves soon enough. All pizza are delicous, certainly. Other things not worthy of being classified as 'foods' can just as negatively affect me, like a big dosage of sugar from something insane like 75 grams (2 rows of cookies). That's certainly outside the realm of a defined serving size, well past the 2 cookies standard. That would do it too. There's a million things I can count in nutrition, but I only try to remember a handful of numbers, the rest I just remember to eat usually or not usually.
I'm nutritious and I feel great. Go me. No deep fried stuff, almost no sugar of the artificially processed or white variety. Preferring fresh, baked, lots of water, various supplements, and like 10 other things I do regularly that I can't think of right now. Here, I close with a choice. Which picture would you prefer to eat if you could choose from one? Ignore the healthy soup, that's by accident in there. Although it being in a tetra pack is bad enough for the environment.
