In Ayutthaya, more than 200 stray cats suffer from depression at an evacuated prison.
A prison at Ayutthaya is generally known as a spot where people can abandon unwanted cats who are then cared for the prisoners.
When the recent floods strike Ayutthaya, all of the prisoners are evacuated but the cats are left behind with some food to keep them alive.
When a rescue team later enters the prison, they discover that the cats are all starving, and have not touched the food, apparently due depression caused by being abandoned.
