Hey Phil: I am going to be looking for a new place in May, maybe yours could be it. Who knows?? I need a little more info such as how much(rent/bills)? What kind of place, apt? house? Where is it? Can I have a very small dog who adores cats/people(chihuahua) and is house trained and once settled doesn't bark much? Amenities(w/d,internet,cable? A little about you: Are you clean? Do you pick up after yourself? Do you prefer a guy or girl to be your roommate? How about a lesbian? As far as me I am currently in a place that a I pay 1/3 of the rent and do all the cleaning, cooking, laundry, dog walking, for my roommate, due to she is a full time med student and works at hospital but she graduates in May and will be either moving in with her girl friend or moving to a smaller place of her own. She is kind of a slob so I am happy to be free of the commitment and can financialy move on. I usually prefer straight males for roommates due to I am a straight man trapped in a lesbians body. I am 36 years young. I'm not into guys but I'm not one of those man hating dykes either.I hang in the goth community because that is where I feel most comfortable due to the gay community is very superficial, egotistical, self-righteous, hypocritical,etc..I had enough of that due to working in that scene for many years.I don't hate them I just prefer to only know those who venture outside of that community, they seem to be more real. I am not neurotic about cleanliness but do like the common areas to be presentable, the restroom to be clean due to germs, etc.(I am still a woman).I am a pack rat but usually contained to my room. I definitely pick up after myself but I am human so there is room for mistakes, bad days, laziness, etc. I feel communication is definitely the way to keep things cool.I work at 2101 and Xanthia's Gallery so I am a night person but not loud or party like at home,I already have enough of that in my career although I don't mind if that is of desire or planned, If not my desire or mood I might not attend. I am fairly easy to get along with I mainly stay in my room (working, trying to learn how to work this damn computer. I am pretty straight up and fairly easy to get along with, I can pay my own way, take care of myself and play well with others. I guess that's enough for now if you are interested in me as a roommate drop an email to fyster69@yahoo.com with you contact info.
