Brokeback fanart of another kind
You know, in BBM, I loved the story, and the characters, and the emotion, and Jake Gyllenhaal OMG he's hot, but I also loved the mountains and the way they participated to the story.
And I really, really loved how Ennis hanged this postcard beside the shirts. I'd really have loved to get a closer look at it, and even get a copy to use, well, as a postcard!
And so I made myself one in watercolours. As the screenshots I could find show solid black with some vaguely lighter shapes on the foreground, I had to imagine quite a lot of things there, and generally decided to make a lighter foreground - and it's already very dark for watercolours. I hope it still looks suitably Brokeback-like...
