Heat.
Today was the first time I have gone to the nurse's office at school. I had a 102.6 temperature. I curled up in one of the beds (with my boots still on) and just wept in that quietly pathetic way. I couldn't fall asleep, so I just stared at the wall for a really long time and shivered uncontrollably. Awesome stuff.
Eventually, my dad came and we shuffled off home. I crashed and did that thing where you're trying to sleep but you aren't really. Now my temperature is at 99.6, and I feel loads better.
