I'd have liked to have pushed it into next week, but this is sort of a time sensitive thing as people need to be aware of what's happening in Iran. We might end up doing more protests dependent on how long this madness lasts.

Indeed I did :D.

We've been trying to think of places to post stuff and have so far done Facebook, LJ, IranWWP, twitter, the Islamic Center of Nashville, the Bahà'ì Center, The City Paper, Craigslist, Nashvillest... one of my friends said she added it to the community calendar on WKRN, but I haven't seen it yet. If you can think of anywhere else to post it, please, please, PLEASE tell us! Since this is such incredibly short notice, we don't have time to all sit around brainstorming about other places to post the info :/.

I just contacted the Nashville Peace and Justice Center -- the Peace Coalition didn't have contact info on their website.

Thanks for the suggestion :D!

I'm going with my children and my mother. Some of her friends will be there too, all Iranian. There's a pretty active Iranian community around here. I bet they'll make an effort to be there.
