Well...I THINK that`s right. Heh. I`ll check with the band later and edit this post later..[EDIT: Okay, so I was a little off. xD; But it really did fly by and all blend together. Those kinds of shows are the best ones though, and this one was by far the best and most special...x3]

The show was.....beyond words. It was so AMAZING. It actually wasn`t too hard to find the place, since there was a good map on the website and it was pretty conveniently located. So I got there, and it was this little narrow staircase to the basement...there were about three or four people lined up on the stairs at this point. So I sat down, then decided to get up to take a picture of the front of the livehouse. xD;
So then I sat down again beside these couple of girls who had just arrived, tried to chat a bit but without much success. Anyways, I enjoyed watching everyone laughing and being excited. :)

So we waited, and the line grew, and he bands (including LiN :3) came and went a few times...Finally we were let in, paid for our tickets..I bought a bunch of CDs and then promptly put my drink ticket in the bag along with them, so I spent 5 minutes-ish digging that out...lol. Anyways, they had all of LiN`s CDs! ^_____^ (except energy/blind me, of course, but I have a feeling they didn`t much like those ones..) So I bought Strain Gauge, Nut, and mouse/freak show, and the new cd, `be a good boy` for my self, and another copy each of Nut and the new one for sariochan. (I found out later that she`s already getting a copy of Nut...oh well. lol)

So anyways, I wandered downstairs to the floor after that and scored a spot in the second row. The place was SO tiny! It felt really intimate and I could already tell at this point that it was going to be really great. I made a run for the washroom and came back to wait. After not too long, the first band, Mothercoat, came out. I like Mothercoat. They`re very high energy. They had almost a metal feel...very loud, lol. I could feel my eardrums protesting. After that, there was another potty break, and then Hyd Lunch came on. They played a song, and then...surprise, surprise! Yukki and YuRi came out to do a collab with them! It was quite good. I don`t know the name of it, though..I didn`t know the name of any of the other two bands` songs.. Anyways, Hyd Lunch was quite different. They had a bit more mellow, melodic style. Very emotionally deep and flowy. Hard at times, but always elegant and mysterious. The vocalist was really cute too. :3

After Hyd Lunch was finished, I looked behind me and saw that the place was quite full! So I didn`t bother taking another potty break..Unfortunately the fullness meant that the cigarette smoke was getting denser too, but I dealt with it. It was a small inconvenience, considering the circumstances.

So then, just as LiN was about to come on, who shows up but mbear!! It was really nice to have someone there who would talk to me! All the Japanese people were kind of ignoring me so I was getting a bit lonely...lol.

So then..we chatted a bit, and then LiN CLOVER came on!!! They played a recording of 102.8MB while they were finishing setting up. Then they launched right into...Mouse! I was surprised but at the same time not to hear this song. I`ve always loved it. And it was just as amazing as I`d imagined. After that they played Risou Decibel, another great one, and Too Beautiful, a ballad, which was...too beautiful. Heh. Really pretty song. I was captivated by YuRi`s voice and emotion. But when am I not?

After that, it was Mizu no Biitama...ever since almost the first time I heard that song I`ve wanted to hear it live!! So I was really happy. Really really happy. After that things start to get a bit blurry. There was so much emotion and I was so elated...dancing along like crazy, trying my best to sing along with every word of every song...I was super super exited about CROW...that`s another one I wanted to hear live since forever...people actually started to get quite into it near the end, when they played Saidai no BGM, Shuon no Tokei, and Balance Modulator (a really AMAZING live song! With audience participation! They got us all to keep yelling out "high! high high, high!" What an amazing feeling...I really felt at one with the rest of the fans in that moment.) I think it was during Shuon no Tokei...YuRi was getting really emotional and started crying even..and a couple of times she went over to people near the stage and hugged their heads (the only part she could reach, heh)..It was really cute. Actually that was one thing I wish I`d gotten a picture of. But actually I didn`t pull my camera out once during the show. It didn`t feel like the right thing to do. I felt like I would rather fully absorb every since moment without any distractions. And I`m so glad I made that decision. My memories will last a long, long time anyways, and I`ll have them recorded here to remind me too. After the live was finally over...I was feeling really really overwhelmed, euphoric like I was floating on a cloud...and really tired. xD; I moshed for 10 minutes at a time at a couple points, and besides that I was constantly dancing like crazy and singing at the top of my lungs. Heh. I didn`t care at all what people around me were doing. I was in my own world, just me and LiN CLOVER. Not even Japan, just me and LIN CLOVER. It was the most amazing feeling.

Anyways, afterwards...Oh my god, the things that happened afterwards. Mbear had to leave, but she told me I could go up to the upper floor/balcony to talk with the band/etc. So I did...and I waited a bit until the crowd got a little bit thin..then I talked to YuRi, told her that the live was amazing, and that I was Jen from the bbs...she asked me how my Japanese was, so I did the polite "well..." thing. lol, so then she started trying to talk to me in English. She was really struggling. It was so cute! Heh. So I told her that Japanese was ok. So she asked me if I had gone to see them in America too, and I said yes, in Seattle. She thanked me and shook my hand..it was a long handshake. She was doing that for everyone. YuRi is the sweetest. They`re all really really sweet actually. She told me she could see me very well, dancing during the live. ^____^

So then I did more waiting around, and Nao came up to me and thanked me by name without any prompting, and I got another warm handshake. I was floored. I don`t think YuRi had told him yet...anyways, he said he`s going to try to come to America again...meaning the band?? o_o I wonder what that could mean. So yeah I was a bit shocked by that.

So then..you guessed it, more waiting around. But I really didn`t mind at all! The vibe was amazing...I could even go so far as to say that the air was full of...love almost? Love for great music, and for the people who make it. After a bit, I went up to Ren and thanked him, told him the live was amazing, and said the usual `I`ve been your fan since forever` stuff. He seemed a bit shy, so he just kept saing "arigatou gozaimasu. Sanku yuu." And...he shook my hand and...gave me a hug! *_____* Ah he was so warm and it was just like I`m hugging REN! He`s just a huge sweetheart (like I said, all of them are.)

So I did more waiting...after things died down a little bit I asked if I could take a photo...so I got my picture taken with LiN CLOVER! *______* Everybody was like `wahh! I want one too!`

Then, more waiting around...somewhere in here I met this really nice fellow fan named Harumi. She was super nice! I chatted with her and amazed myself with how well I could speak Japanese. Of course I politely denied it when she praised me. ;) ...And when others stood around praising me. ^^;;

Just before we had to finally leave, Ren came over to chitchat with us. I think he was kind of hitting on Harumi...it kind of seemed that way, lol. I got told by Ren that my "English was very good." xDDDD That was a great moment. He actually turned a nice shade of rose. xD And more praising my Japanese ^^;; and a bit more chitchat...and I jokingly asked Ren if he could teach me bass if I come back to Tokyo, which made him laugh...then Harumi and I both got another hug! I had a free hand this time so I was able to hug back! ^__________^

So then we were leaving...but suddenly there was an impromptu photoshoot! Mami,LiN`s staffer, was awesome enough to take a group shot of the band and the 10 or so fans who were left..with everyone`s cameras. It was really great! xD

So then me and Harumi walked back to Shinjuku station together...we looked at my pictures on the way. Oh and she gave me her email so I can send her the pictures and keep in touch! She was super nice. :3 I hope we can keep in touch. It seemed like we clicked kind of. ^____^ It was nice because I hadn`t had the chance to really talk with any Japanese people while I was here! So it made me really happy.

Anyways, I ended up missing my last train and had to take a taxi, which really wasn`t too bad since it wasn`t far, but anyways I don`t care! It was all way better than my wildest dreams. It was my dream come true and then some. ^________^

Oh and also I forgot to say that LiN, through Mami, gifted me with a couple of Nengajou (new years@ cards!)! ^______^ That made me super super happy. I guess they wanted to do a little something since I had come so far.

Anyways, more later if I think of anything else! I`m going to be kicked off of the computer soon, so I need to go crash before my flight home tomorrow...I don`t want to leave. :(

But it`s okay, because this trip, and especially this day, will be in my heart and my memory forever. ^______^
