Gah, my apologies that this is so late; I lost track of the months/days and completely forgot this was my week. Luckily this chapter is mostly action so there's not much to say about it.

The highlight of that chapter for me, was Madara acting like an excited little kid after being hit by an attack that makes craters about a mile wide. Such a masochist. XD

Gai was being awesome and Madara was being his usual self. It was really nice to see Lee and the rest of the scooby gang join in to help out. I even thought Minato was cool. Really enjoyed the chapter.

I have now reread the chapter. It was mainly fighting, with a repetition of the idea that the older generation sacrifices itself in order to protect the young generation.

When I read the chapter I was just grateful that the characters explain Gai's plans to the readers instead of supporting him. But after a while they realize that helping Gai is more importing than talking.

Also, Madara is still the coolest villain we ever had.
