You know, I've been thinking...(about the whole animated icon thing). Why not allow animated icons? Well in my opinion at least. Since this isn't a 'stills' community, I'll allow animated icons from now on. Besides, I love looking at animated icons! (Ecspecially ones where it's raining ^_^)
