At first I was going to say future shikamaru but you dislike smokers.. so I'm going with kakashi here.
He is intelligent, confident, loyal, polite and has sense of humor, I think he would be a good match for you

I was trying to pick out someone cultured and more refined than you'd usually see, and I came out with Future Gaara.
His past has made him stronger, giving him that rare high level of mental strength in this series. It's also to be noted he's the leader of the sand, whereas he's going to need to do a lot of work with people who live so much differently from him. Now, he's not quite as cold and distant as he once was, but he is hesitant. The fact you give your all and do so many things for a cause or person, I believe, would touch him. It would surprise him in a way, that there were still people like that with such pure intentions. I don't doubt you'd benefit mentally from talking to him as well. A calm, intelligent and structured conversation with subtle wit and gentle discussions. That's what I envision.
So I'll say (Future) Gaara.

I have to agree with haryan here. Kakashi; you seem mature, serious, and loyal. Your likes and hobbies tell me that you like to balance physical and creative/intellectual activity, which Kakashi does (Ok, so maybe his reading isn't the most intellectual activity, but he's making an effort), and I would say that he matches your turn-ons perfectly!
