A few questions about the ending

I've just re-read the ending of the manga, for fanfiction purposes, and there are still some details which need clearing.
Do we have an idea of when the deaths of Shiina's mother, Akira and Tsurumaru happen ? The day after the "end of the world" ? Or a few days, a few weeks ? What do you think ?
How and when did all these people learn that she was linked with this dragons thing ? (That's why I think for myself that it happens at least a few days after...)
Why didn't Akira merge with Ensof ? And where was Ensof, by the way, when she falls by the window ?
