Help to find a fanfic

For a long time I know this fandom and love this couple, but I've never posted in this community.
Reading the old fanfics, I was reminded of a fanfic that I loved but I can not find.
Here is the list of things that I remember in this fanfic:
- In the first chapter, Phoenix cries and is consoled by Mia.
- He dreams that he dances with Miles.
- After a meeting of lawyers in another city, he and Miles sleeping in a house (the former home of Miles?).
- Phoenix helps Miles to lie but shortly after Miles has a violent nightmare.
- Phoenix comfort Miles and they make love (I think ...).
- One of them said to the other "Dance with me."
