[Rp Thread] New Year's Eve [Hinaji, Kiba]

New Year was always a special time for Konoha, and the Hyuuga Clan made no exception. Festivities ran in the streets of the village, and the Compound was lit up in paper lanterns. Hinaji waited by the Compound gates in his normal clothes, although others in the family wore anything ranging from training gear to full formal clothing.
For once he'd invited Kiba to his home--the Hyuuga Compound was less than inviting most times, and while she'd visited before, he liked to keep the times few and far between. But the Compound was beautiful, and he'd crashed at her place for Christmas so it seemed only right to stay home for the new year.
He shifted a bit from foot to foot to stay warm--why did it have to be so cold?--and blew across his hands. When he finally spotted Kiba his face lit up in a smile and he trotted out to meet her, giving a nod to the guards as he did so.
