On Tuesday I made...
Peppered Shrimp Alfredo, except with Chicken. Sauce was too runny. Should've drained the vegetable-chicken before adding in the sauce. It was still pretty good. Didn't get the 'creaminess' though.
Tomorrow, I shall be making the White Chocolate Sweet Potato Cake, and Mediterrean Grilled Vegetable Sandwichs. I don't have enough white chocolate, so a quarter of it will be semisweet chocolate. )=
