Does anyone have or know anyone who has a Creative-brand mp3 player? I was looking into buying either this (8gig) or this (20gig) as a more...PC-friendly replacement for my lolz-ded-iPod.
I'm wondering how that one performs, what kind of problems it has, etc. I'm also torn about size, because the 8gig one won't hold all my music, but the 20gig is just a bit too much. They're almost the same price, which to me seems a little sketchy...on a totally superficial note I like the 8gig one because it's got pretty blue in it. I only really need it for music, which is why I'm kind of looking into the 8gig one, but it'd be nice to be able to transfer avi files from my computer to a lab PC too. The fm radio is a nice feature, too, but I don't know how well it works.
If you wouldn't suggest that, any other ideas? I very much would like to have an mp3 player that works (without breaking for absolutely no reason every few months) but I don't need it till I start doing fall/winter travel, which is around Thanksgiving. Till then I'm saving up for it.
