holiday party/ updatey action
had a wonderful time at my work x-mas/holiday party last night. my boss was so happy with the way it worked out last year having the party in early jan that he decided to do the same this year.
the party was in the front part of the triple door. i can see why psyberboi loves this place so much. unfortunately the giant fish tank had sprung a leek and was blocked off from viewing.
got pleasantly drunk (no hang over at all)k got a few really great photos after we got home. lets not mention k grabbing one of my co-worker's breasts (after being invited to do so).
today was spent straightening up the house, since we kinda just jumped back into the work week after getting back from ca.
had a great trip to ca. although i think our next "vacation" needs to not involve family obligations and it would be nice to have it be in a relaxing local as well. we got to see bunches of our good friends so that was really nice. i do miss them, but for some reason this trip in particular solidified the realization that k and i made the right decision (for us)in moving to seattle. not that i thought it wasnt the right decision before. besides, its kinda nice to be the "short trip destination".
mmmmmmmm. tonight for dinner we are having some of elf's (recipe of) cheesy chicken goo (old school style). gotta love the cheesy chicken gooooooo
ok i think ive officially had to much wine to continue writing. :-)
