Most of the people who know me know that I'm political as hell. I stand up for the underdog...which is why I'm wondering why the One Campaign doesn't aim for poverty/AIDS problems in other countries besides Africa. Just because Africa is the most well known poor nation doesn't mean other countries don't deserve as much aid and help as we can give. But either way, this is a great cause.
If you're capable of giving, how can you not give? I didn't have my credit card handy to make donations, but I went to the One site (www.one.org) and I took action by signing the declaration on there and then looking at the site for stuff you can post on a Blog/Livejournal. Just thought it was cool.
