Double your employment, double your fun!
Got the call this afternoon... I just need to call back Monday to accept and after that, I will officially be the newest employee at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener...WOOHOO!
Sure, it's part time and on-call but who cares. Once I am on the payroll, I can apply to the internal postings and have a much better chance of getting one of them. And that my friends, is what really matters. Plus, since its part-time/on-call, I can keep my job at ComCare, which is good because I do really like working there.
In other news, I got my tax return and won the suit against my former employer for the hell they put me through.
Life is (finally) good...
