the summer is almost halfway through. im... exausted, tanned, and pensive. lindsy and erica will be home soon, thank god. i miss them more than i'd expected to. recently ive been lost for words. im listening more. my eyes are open, my mouth is shut: i am willing. i want to know whats happening. ive spent my life confused; unaware of who i was.im figuring it out now. this summer im learning.

i love the writing im doing lately. im finally satisfied with my own work. im finally satisfied with me.
