Valentine's Post: The Real World

Feb 15, 2009 13:54

So, yesterday was Valentine's Day, and it was a BLASTYBLAST. In our infinate wisdom, Jack, Alice and I decided "Hmm, where will there be no couples. Of course! CELEBRATION STATION!!."
Our logic is irrefutable. TruFax
Anyway, so off we went. Alice and I were skee ball masters, altho I had to keep reminding myself that using telekenetic power is cheating. We played a lot of those chance games, and would up with something like 1340 tickets. I've never had over 1000, so it was very exciting for me.
We went outside, and did Go-Karts and Bumper Boats. Let me just take a second to discuss that. I do not drive. Anything. Ever. I could barely work a motorized wheelchair after I broke my foot. So I was like "PASSENGERKTHXBAI". It was great, tho, Jack and I were screaming lines from Repo! and he does not believe in brakes, like, at all. There were a few moments where I thought I was going to die, but obviously I didn't.
Bumper boats was amazing, it was just the three of us out there, and we were ruthless. We sprayed eachother relentlessly, especially Jack. Alice and I ganged up on him. He was soaked. We all were, and it's Febuary, so we're all probably going to get pnemonia and die. But that's ok. Because it was fun!
Came home to find no roomie, which, believe me, is always a blessing. Ate the rest of my wilted Ceaser salad leftovers from Mimi's and went to bed at 1230.
I woke up this morning, and they were having a tennis match across the street from my room, complete with Tennis Noises. For those who don't know what tennis noises are, go watch some gay porn, and you'll have it pretty close. So I thought I'd left Queer as Folk running on my computer and was confused.
That happens to me alot.

life, shenanigans, insanity, friends
