This is Breaking My Heart! Please Help Find Baxter!
Saw this on craigslist:
Lost Chihuahua $500 REWARD (Raleigh/Durham)

My chihuahua Baxter is still missing. Baxter is a male chihuahua, 4 years old, tan in color, 6 lbs at the time of his disappearance. He was lost in July while in the care of his trainer. We lost all trace of him after the hurricane, and believe he was found by someone.
If you know of anyone who recently acquired a chihuahua matching his description, please let us know. Your information will be kept confidential. We do not believe he was stolen, just that someone rescued him and does not know how or is unwilling to return him to us.
If you may have found Baxter, please call us. I miss him desperately. Please, if you are not ready to let us know you found him, at least take him to the vet. He has a medical history and needs to be checked out regularly or he will get sick. If you have him, I don't care what the situation is, or how you got him or why you haven't let us know, I will ask no questions. just please, please return him to his family.
$500 reward offered for the return of Baxter, or any information that leads us to his safe return.
