For Narnia! & for Aslan

1. Name: Jessica
2. Nicknames: Jess, Jerse, Dotti, Little J
3. Age: 21
4. Three positive adjectives that describe you: Loyal, creative & reliable.
5. Three negative adjectives that describe you: Cynical, anxious & pessimistic.
6. Interests/hobbies/talents:
Interests: 19th Century novelists, particularly the Gothic genre and romantics, Fantasy novels, Ancient History, particularly the Julio-Claudian era (44BC-56ADish), reading, writing, films, TV, Gymnastics, photoshop, vintage clothing (even though I cannot afford it most of the time), dinner dates with friends.
Hobbies: Eh, lets just say my interests are my hobbies, but especially photoshopping and writing. They are my creative outlets.
Talents: I'm pretty good with a pen, and words. Sometimes its used for good, sometimes its used for not so good. But I'm still pretty good with it. And I'm an excellent organizer. Which could be construed as being controlling, but I just like things to run smoothly. I need things to run smoothly, otherwise I fret.
7. Things you don't like/aren't as good at:
Social interaction on a ginormous level. Parties, going out at night isn't really my thing, neither is interacting with people I don't know. I prefer dinner & movies & a catch up session with my closest friends over meeting random people and getting drunk.
I despise Geography and science with a passion. I have trouble with my right and left, which may seem weird because I'm actually quite intelligent, but its because I can cartwheel and split on both legs the same so I don't favour a leg which means I never needed to know right from left there. Its a weird quirk but eh. And um, staying up late. I'm terrible at staying up late.
8. Name one thing you love: My family & friends. They can count as one, right? They define part of who I am, without them, I am almost nothing. I miss them like hell actually.
9. Name one thing you hate: Edward Cullen I mean. People who judge a book by its cover. I try not to judge people when I first meet them, mainly because I know I give a terrible first impression because I'm generally nervous and its not the one I want people to remember me by.

Favorites~
10. Character from Narnia (can be from any of the books/movies): Lucy/Trumpkin. I would throw in Reepicheep but... I think loving him goes without saying.
Lucy and her constant faith and belief, while annoying some, I find it endearing. Mainly because I never have that much faith in anything, and to believe so deeply in something like that is commendable. Plus, her innocence leads to wisdom at times, and I love that her wisdom seeks another answer other than violence.
Trumpkin is just the opposite, which is why I also love him. He represents the side of me that I know is always there. The un-believer, the cynic, the sarcastic character who just kind of... rolls his eyes in the corner. But he finds the faith, and therefore represents hope, which I appreciate as well.
11. Scene from the first book/movie: ZOMG PETER ON THE UNICORN! No really, I love epic battle scenes. And this was all kinds of epic. It was the Narnian's banding together to fight for their lives, their country, themselves. It was all kinds of inspiring. Also the final scene with Professor Kirke and Lucy. I just think, she has so much faith thats kind of inspirational. And the fact that he believed her straight up was perfect. He has the faith that she does as well.
12. Quote from the first book/movie: Cliched, I know, but "For Narnia! And for Aslan" - So much conviction in his voice, despite his fear, he embraces his fate and runs with it, knowing he will fight to the death to save this land. But my FAVOURITE favourite comes from the second film. And I'm going to add it in because... well... I love it that damn much.

Lucy Pevensie: They're so still.
Trumpkin: The trees? What did you expect?
Lucy Pevensie: They used to dance.

Just that last line sums up everything I love about Lucy. Its just, so perfect, so soft, so sweet, the best image in the world.

Pick one~
14. Honor, Love, Power, Vengeance, Intelligence, Loyalty: This is SO HARD. I think... Intelligence. Or maybe... loyalty. GOD. Why must they both be together? I'm torn. I love intelligence, the ability to learn, the craving of information... but loyalty is just so important to me and my life. So I'm going with loyalty. Yes, thats my final answer.
15. Adventure, Imagination, Truth, Wealth: Imagination. Hands down. Its so important to have an imagination that lets you grow and play, that gives you innocence but also will lead you to answers that give you knowledge. And imagination will help you question things as well, which is also just so important in life.

Are you more~
16. Playful or serious?: Serious. I have a hard time being playful, and sometimes jokes go over my head because I'm being too serious.
17. Determined or accepting?: Determined. I'm not the accepting type.
18. Powerful or weak?: Um... powerful? I guess. I'm not weak, but I'm not exactly powerful either. I'd like to think I'm a healthy medium!
19. Smart or creative?: Both. I cannot have one without the other.
20. Nice or mean?: Mean... well, more so than nice. I mean, I am nice... but I just feel that in myself I am a meanie.
21. Aggressive or passive?: Aggressive. I'm quite an angry soul at times.
22. Hyper or laid back?: HYPER >>>> Laid Back. Although its not really hyper for me, its anxiety and nerves that tend to make me crazy.

23. Is there anything else you'd like to include?:
I love words. If you couldn't tell. And I ramble.

24. Please post two clear photos of yourself (these are very helpful but if you are not comfortable with this, please state so and you may skip this step).
