At least these ones are moderately interesting.

I am currently experiencing a particular bad bout of insomnia, having laid in bed for hours getting more and more frustrated at the lack of dreamscape. There's so much running through my head but I'm not actually awake enough to do anything productive, so you get some memes instead. I was tagged for these by avariael back in January of this year.

Seven Things Meme
Seven things I plan to do before I kick the can:
1. Get back to Tokyo multiple times and perhaps live there for a bit.
2. Eventually, at least one kid. Someone has to take over the world and I am too lazy.
3. Become good at something.
4. Take tennis lessons.
5. Meld with Natural History Museum and haunt it post-can kicking.
6. Have a government that doesn't make me scream inside.
7. Learn more language bits n bobs.

Seven things I can do:
1. Pout
2. Drink
3. Roleplay
4. Be overly competitive
5. Cook (ish)
6. Listen
7. Procrastinate

Seven things I can't do:
1. Mathematics.
2. Avoid intense anxiety.
3. Dance without the aid of alcohol ;p
4. Get a job.
5. Remember simple things.
6. Let shop signs continue to afflict my eyes with incorrect grammar.
7. Keep up to date with friends scattered across the globe.

Seven things that attract me to another person:(in no particular order)
1. Chemistry
2. Oddness/Geekitude
3. Looks
4. Talent
5. Humour
6. Kindness
7. Mannerisms/quirks

Seven things I say most often:
1. WTF?!
2. Dude...D000000d.
3. Mullet mullet muullleeetttttt.. ..
4. "Eastern Europeaaaannnnn!"
5. "jesus tap-dancing christ" (Thanks for that one, castorpollux23 -_- )
6. Groovy
7. (In my Head 'schmoo' as a result of astro_dust)or " Like, Ohmigod! Totally!"

I end up saying things people around me say quite alot.

I think the memes are supposed to be posted in one's own journal, but posting it in my comments is just fine, for you are awesome.

2. Eventually, at least one kid. Someone has to take over the world and I am too lazy.

Awww, cute. But, you know, that would have to involve a *girl*. Or at least a willing uterus. Or something.

3. Become good at something.

You are good at things!

4. Take tennis lessons.

That could be arranged. Speaking of, when and wherefore tennis goodness?

3. Dance without the aid of alcohol ;p

"Can't" and "won't" are two different things. :P

6. Let shop signs continue to afflict my eyes with incorrect grammar.

Have you seen apostropheabuse?

7. In my Head 'schmoo' as a result of astro_dust

Awwwwwwww. :)

Ah, fair enough. You do realise you were also tagged for the second meme though, right?

Uh, mate, all girls have baby-creation powers (unless they're infertile). Do you need a remedial anatomy lesson?

I had not seen apostrophe abuse no, but now I am full of the glee!

Also check out "The Apostrophe Protection Society", for which I'd find a URL if I wasn't feeling quite so lazy.

I couldn't find FusionTennis with a Google search, but I did find this. It says my local courts are Norbury Park in Norbury, Wigmore in Streatham, and Woodfield Grove in Streatham. But these are all clubs rather than parks, so I don't know how much they'd cost or whatnot. But there's no charge at the court at Streatham Common right up the street, or at least it says so here. What do you think? Got any other ideas of where to look?

Also, did you know that there is gay and lesbian tennis club? I wonder if there's a sign on the door that says "no bisexuals"...

Don't be silly. Bisexuals don't exist.
