This is just a quick post, I wanted to rec a fic from transformers, my latest obsession!

Pairing/Characters: Megatron/Optimus, Shockwave, Lockdown, the repair crew, the Elite Guard
Short summary: AU of the last episode, A Bridge Too Close. Megatron and Optimus are lost in the portal instead, but they can't stay lost forever, and an unplanned event link their fates together for all time.
THIS, is reeeaally good. Not only is she a kick-ass author (wow, I want to be able to write like her!), but this fic got me interested in MegaOp, not a common pairing at all! (Though my first love will, and always will be, prowlxjazz). Doesn't matter if you like the pairing or not, you should read it!
Besides, I find Megatrons character in tf animated more interesting than in the original cartoon, maybe because he's more ....sane? I don't know how to explain it. It's a bit similar to how he is in the IDW comics, he's a bad guy alright, but he's more balanced. Then again, the 80's cartoon is meant for kids...and it was the 80's. age of cheesines, haha!
